Yep, one is overt, and one is covert
None of these politicians are our friends, which is why we have to negotiate the best deal possible if they want the votes
The right doesn't think negotiating a deal is worth your votes though. They will NEVER go beyond the Dems on race issues because it would cause them to lose their racist White base, and their racist White base is larger than their Black base.
Republicans already have control of all the states with large Black populations because racist White folk are the majority in all of them. Why would they risk that?
Name ONE state in the entire country where there are more Black folk than there are racist White folk.
Trump has been tapdancing for Israel hard and giving them what they want and yet when Trump tried to get Netayahu to denigrate the Democrats, did Netayahu do it? No, he avoided it because Netayahu and those Israelis know how to negotiate. They are at the top no matter who gets in office and they get something no matter who is in office. Do you think if the Democrats would be getting 'Jewish' votes if they didn't send Israel billions of dollars every year? Or do you think if some celeb told a Jewish man, 'hey what are you doing not voting Democrat. You're a Jew', you don't think they'd make that celeb apologize a day later? They look at these politics for what it is. These parties are only your allies to the extent that they show up with the policy. We've had enough bbq, popping and locking, hot sauce and weed smoking in my past politicians. Show up with the bag.
You don't get it, Dems don't give a fukk about Jewish votes. There are hardly any Jews in the country, they mostly live in solid Dem states already, and they don't vote overwhelmingly democrat. They're also not a monolith - about have of American Jews don't even support Israel. Israel issues have hardly any influence on the election.
Establishment Dems and Repubs both kiss Israel's ass because of Jewish MONEY and POWER. Until you can make massive campaign donations and have geopolitical and institutional connections to feed to the politicians, then trying to copy pro-Israel strategy is ignorant. Pro-Israel political strategy is all about lobbyists and influence and NOTHING to do with the vote.
