Coli brehs and brehettes I need your help
I was at Trader Joe's and I passed this cute guy in the aisle. He looked like a cross between Q-Tip and Derrick Rose but with nicer skin and hair, we made eye contact (he was on his phone) and went about our way.
As I'm leaving the store he stops to say he likes my hair. Now he was at least 6 - 7 people ahead of me in line so he had to have been waiting for me.
I smiled and said thank you. He held the door open for me and I say thank you again. He turns right and I turn left to go home. As I'm waking I notice he's walking my way but then he turns right once we get to the corner.
He either turned right when we left the store because he had no clue where he was going (unlikely), or because he didn't know what to say next after he complimented me and felt awkward. But I had no clue what to say next either, so here we have two people who want to talk to each other but have no clue what to say.
I hate this, this happens a to me occasionally where a cute guy I see in public stops to compliment me (typically it's men I'm not attracted to who approach me
) and I don't respond beyond 'thank you'.
I need to know something witty to say when this happens so the dude knows I'm interested. I don't wanna spend the rest of my life thinking coulda woulda shoulda.
Coli brehs what would you want a woman to say to you? Coli brehettes what have you said to guys you met in public to let them know you're interested?
Or am I over thinking this and dudes are just trying to pay a woman a compliment and nothing more?
Most women feel that way about most men btw......
