Breh,we're talking about the American diet.Where everything is high sugars and fats..ect.
Do you know what I see when I get on the train in the morning.High school kids, and do you know what those high school kids are eating for breakfast.
Chips with a honeybun and some type of soda. Now tell me how the hell is your body suppose to sh*t with that stuff going in first thing in the morning.
And after school where does everyone go....McDonalds or some other fast food restaurant.
I remember I asked a girl when was the last time she sh*tted, and you know what she told me.
THREE DAYS AGO.
Are you really serious.People are walking around internally dead inside both physically and emotionally, but on the outside looking pretty as a rose.
I understand what your saying, and if people were actually doing what you stated in terms of diet then it would be all good, but they don't.
The majority of people these days hardly eat any fruits or vegetables, and only consumed processed foods.
It's hard to have a bowel movement when the majority of your food contains white sugar and white flour.
I get what you're saying, to an extent... But a regular bowel for some people can be 3 times a week. So to say that if you're not doing in 2-3 times a day, something's wrong, it isn't true.
Like the other poster said... it depends on age, diet, lifestyle, metabolism, etc. So someone could be eating 3 full meals a day and going 5 times in a week and be just fine. Now if you can only go twice a week... and even 3 times a week, I would personally go get it checked out. But if you're going 5-7 times in a week... I don't think you have anything to worry about... all other things equal.

3 times a week might be regular for some people, but it sure as shyt isn't healthy for ANYONE to go at that rate, unless they barely eating anything on average. Ideally, one should at the very least go 1nce a day if you're eating one or more solid meals a day and your output volume should be relatively equivalent to your input. Keeping thinking shyt is sweet though.![]()
Here's my explanation of why I said for every major meal you must sh*t.According to the The Merck Manual of Diagnosis and Therapy the authors stated that you are regular if you move your bowels at least once every three days because constipation comes only on day four.
Now if you were to travel outside of the united states and really looked at peoples diet you would see that they include more fruits and vegetables in their diet, and because of that naturally use the bathroom freely than those in the united states.
Let me ask you this do you think it's normal that for every major meal you eat you only sh*t once?
Let's really think about this here.
The average time for digestion is 3-4 hours. Now,after the food is done digestion when does the remainder of unneeded food go?To the toilet because the rest is not needed.
If you eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner:and all three takes 3-4 hours to digest. That should leave you with three major bowel movements, correct?
You mean to tell me that for all three meals you should only sh*t once.
Then where the hell is the other two meals going.
"The Merck Manual, the medical industry's standard text for the diagnosis and treatment of disease, tells us that colon degeneration is on the rise. The incidence of diverticulosis has increased dramatically over the last 40 years. It states, that in 1950, only 10% of adults over the age of 45 had this disease, in 1955 15%, in 1972 30% and in 1987 almost ?. The latest edition states that the incidence "increases rapidly" over age 40 and that "every person will have many" if they live long enough. Every American adult will have herniation of the large intestine."

This is exactly correct. If you're putting in one or more solid meals a day and your output is less then what you put in then that will lead to some sort of problems in the near future.
The major cause of colon cancer is irregularity. At the end of the day all I'm trying to say is make sure you guys sh*t.Because colon cancer ain't no joke.
