I use non alcohol mouthwash because I’d rather use that for the fluoride benefits than leave toothpaste on my teeth after I finish brushing.


And yes, that is what dentists recommend, leaving toothpaste on your teeth for the fluoride.

It’s definitely not the same. Bought that to try since it’s cheaper and modeled after Katz, but nahhhhh nowhere close. Keep it in secondary bathroom and Katz in the main.

In the UK we’ve made a huge shift from alcohol based mouthwash to alcohol-free. Only Listerine push alcohol based mouthwash nowadays.
