I had something called WebTV my pops got from his boss in like 2001 but that was some bullshyt. I didn't have a computer with real internet til late 2002, so when I saw what all my friends had been talking about all that time I was blown away. I was writing my papers in middle school on one of these joints my aunt passed down to us.

my brother used to get in trouble so much for people callin late night, that i had to start taking the phone off the hook and taking the spiral cord out of the phone so people can’t call in. leavin it like that all night
we never had our own phone lines growing up. whoever did y’all was winnin.

we remember our phones because it's an important tool for day to day life, like communication, emails, checking accounts, paying bills etc. it's like a digital wallet.i think that’s great
but is it worth giving up all of your info? you don’t find that a lil creepy? that’s all i’m sayin. just because we like phones it doesn’t mean we shouldn’t atleast question things. i find it alarming that you don’t have a problem with living in a world like that. where all you can remember is your fukkin phone.
I remember being in my senior year of HS in 99 and gas was a fukkin $1
Fill-in up the tank for 12 dollars
Now the shyt damn near $4/gallon

I remember payphones going from .25 to .35 then .50... life was simpler then..

Had a home boy who cartridges use smell like shyt from him blowing in them joints

Who remembers going to an arcade as a kid and seeing the crowd around Mortal Kombat?![]()
Watching that blood and those fatalities as a kid was like sneaking into a rated R moviefacts
this kid from my school could do all of the fatalities. dude was nice.

that pump before you pay
i used to steal gas just to get home from school. put like 5 or 10 in and dip.

as for info, that has nothing to do with the phone itself, and more to do with your govt and the worldwide web. with a bit of research however, you can learn to protect yourself from cookies, and outside intruders. people should learn the basics anyways.
i made this thread because i was once told that smartphones are the mark of the beast. maybe there will be a day when 98% of the planet has smartphones. by that time they will be “too-smartphones.” and people either start rejecting them or just give in and accept having your life monitored forever. your face & fingerprints and data and personal info all being in some world system. it’s so demonic friends.
