I can't no more still got a solid ass build though. Incline DB presses all day.

Dislocated my shoulders 20+ times. Fuked around when I was playing ball and was benching with my elbows too flared out and it destroyed my shoulders maxing out.

def not 5-6 but at least once....:patrice: shyt is heavy as hell and my lower body has always been the stronger part of my body. I can do dips and all pushups and muscle ups (somewhat) but my bench max increases are minimal...
