Toastmasters? Leadership programs? So you learn about leading, but have never ACTUALLY lead anything outside of a softball team?

While your leading children in underhand slow pitching, I've built basketball courts with my own money for elementary schools who tore theirs down for lack of funds, i've bought two abandonded crackhouses, knocked them down and turned them into community gardens, every year me and the local hustlers have block parties with free food and moonbounces, shyt i've probably given more in charity then you've made.

I dont hate you, i pity you. I'm only giving you tough love breh. You and everyone else like you are one of the reasons why the black community lacks leadership. Nobody wants to follow, everyone wants to be a boss and thinks they know everything, but even a general started out as a private.
