I liked Taskmasters powers, photographic reflexes. Don't have to look like a freak but still be an above average human with his powers. I know he wasn't an actual X-Man but he was in Agency X I think.

Storm's power set would be dope as for as having raw power and utility. Jean's combo of telekinesis and telepathy is pretty much one of the best power sets you can take so I'll have to go with jean aka the phoenix.
