I think most people would make themselves taller.
I'm 6'4 and I wouldn't mind being like 6'1. Height is great, except when you have to shop, or travel on an airplane.

I'd become an organized, meticulous, consistent worker, thinking things through and seeing them through to the end. I wish I wasn't so damn impulsive and all over the place.

I wouldn't withdraw into myself so much, I'd share more things with others and be more aware of their needs.

My decisiveness, I think too much before making a decision which causes me to miss out.
I'd say my laziness but I think that's attributed to me hating my job, I can stick to something with serious dedication if I really want it.
My general demeanor, I'm naturally a happy person but I don't really show it unless I'm laughing, I'm always asked if there's something wrong simply because I can't seem to look happy without it being forced. I come off as very reserved in body language and emotion, I always have a face like
