Because in race threads, I post pissed off. I've noticed I gain weight in my glutes and thighs. So I've been drinking ensure plus for extra calories before bed.
Ideally, you should do strength training/lifting weights. I can't go to the gym, but I've found a routine with calisthenics (bodyweight exercises) mixed with plyometrics and isometric exercises online.
Plus yoga to open my hip joints and activate those muscles more.
It's simpler than it sounds.

My gray hair is erratic and disrespectful. If there was a pattern to it or I was fully gray I wouldnt care. But my grays are scattered about like roaches when the lights cut on.If u dont mind me askin how old r u? U can PM a nikka too.
