problem. to concentrate that much for a long period of time. would actually give you brain fatigue. which could cause brain damage. which could cause you to go crazy.
so to stay in the clear of crazy you could very rarely use your power.

Brain damage? nikka i can move anything even things on the cellular and molecular level, I'll cure my own brain damage and rewrite my genetic code and increase my mental stamina 1000 fold...

Have to co-sign, this is something I've spent A LOT of time thinking about and Teleportation seems like the most useful ability in the real world.
Super strength? meh when are you going to use that
it's cold up there and it would take awhile to get anywhere teleportation >>>>
Telepathy is cool, but again when are you really going to use it? are you a construction worker? in a world with no heroes it's kind of pointless
Mind control/ reading minds would be a good look but I'm not evil.
Energy based power- useless in the real world

Healing factor, super-toughness, or a TK force-field.

EVERY other power has a downside:

-Super strength means no more physical contact

-Super speed, even without friction, means you gotta eat like a maniac to use it consistently

-Mind reading/control always runs the risk of overexertion, which could lead to brain damage

-If your flight fails you at the wrong moment...

-Teleportation is tricky. Show up in the wrong spot at the wrong time,

And so on. But I can't see any problems with an uncanny ability to heal or prevent injuries.

u could peel back the layers of time and space.

a nikka with telekinesis or mind control wouldnt be able 2 fukk with u cuz of ya cosmic awareness, basically any truth or secret is divulged 2 u thru this awareness.

transmutation/alchemy

cure any disease/ailment

traverse different dimensionz

tap in2 or harness the full spectrum of energiez, including primordial ones

manipulating the lawz and physics of the universe

only thing that would concern me is becoming detached from humanz, runnin round here like a lil demi god n shyt, u seen how ol boy from the watchmen was actin. son just fell outta love with the human race, he seen n did 2much shyt we couldnt even fathom at that point, he prolly was lookin at nikkaz like, if only u knew , everything seemed petty 2 him on the grand scale of thingz
