If you could culturally reset one major city in the US, which would it be? And why?

Why?

It’s some decent artists coming out of Atlanta. Labels and shyt got control everywhere

The gentrification thing was bound to happen. Just peep every major city that’s striving

Brehs eating in metro Atlanta. Way more than previous years
I prefer the Atlanta that was in existence when I was a student at Morehouse. I prefer our music back then and before to the music that is coming out now. I prefer the mindset of my brothers and sisters back then, than I do to the mindset too many of us have these days. Overall, it was a time period in the city that aligns more to what I like than what it has become now.

I dont know how old you are but I'm old enough to have seen it change..... they weren't lying.:mjcry:
I’m mid-20s and I’ve spent most of my life in Texas. But whenever I’ve been back my Dad tells me he doesn’t even want me moving back to Florida because it’s way different than when he came up.

This place is more racist now then it was in the 90s. The concentration of blackness in most major cities have been diluted, on purpose. Entire state is super unaffordable. What use to be $475 in a location like Little Haiti in now $1200. That Flawda laid back coolin chill type vibe we use to have down here been steam rolled by transplants. You'd be better off staying in Texas

I got distant family out there those brothers are struggling, and not just against Cincy

Family kept asking how people were doing, standard answer was "he's doing better" :dead:

look how you jumped to music & women to define a city, and not it’s culture :mjpls:

You have a day off work tomorrow because of the impact of an Atlanta native :mjpls:

OP a fakkit and trying to shyt on my city probly a white boy but I would choose LA but not because gangs..nah I would keep the gangs..what I would change is the black and Mexican tension, make it to where we all fukk with each other black gangs, Mexican gangs and Asian gangs and ride on crackers robbing them and flocking they houses..make this a no fly zone for white boys and a better version of Atlanta

lol I didn’t say anything about women

Only music and gentrification. A change in either would greatly impact culture

I think you read labels (in my initial post) and wanted it to say ladies, so you ran with .

I was just curious so I asked him a question lol calm down

Yeah the only reason I have considered moving there is because I have a degree in hospitality and I have family members out there who run resorts/hotels.

A few years from now I may get a second spot out there when I’m more financially stable.
