Thriller...if you know the backstory of the creation of the album u will know it was total clusterfukk to finish the album. When they played the final mix of the original version of the album, according to Mike & Quincy it was TERRIBLE...so terrible that lead to MJ crying .....if i was in there I would have been like ...how ever they DID come back a few weeks later and re-did tracks and what they recorded is what we hear now ....

Since both of these albums dropped the same day I'd imagine the sessions were consolidated, so here's my daily double - this is said to be one of the funnest times for an artist, right before you blow up.

as far as rap goes, if you want a studio session that is reminiscent of how rock stars did it in the 70s, this would've been these would've been the studio session to be in

sex, drugs, rap and alcohol
