When high level NBA players dont want to F with a certain team they always have options. The NBA has a structured pre determined salary system (especially for high level players.) If Toronto is offering a player a certain contract number more than likely it will be another team available offering the same number. The contracts, Mid level, max, super max are about the same regardless of team.
