I once found a woman’s purse left in a cart outside the grocery store. I brought it inside, and left it at customer service.

I posted about this before....

This happened to me when I was in Amsterdam.....I was walking a dude on a bike dropped his wallet literally right in front of me and a couple of people saw so I instinctively picked it up and ran after him but he had his head phones on....I chased him for a good block before he was outtie.....when I realized I wasn't going to catch up to him I kept going looking like I was still trying cause folks were looking at me....

I made an honest effort and I was still looking to give it back so I looked in and there wasn't any ID with an address just cards to random stores and shyt but there was like $200 in both American and Euros...

So I did what any logical person would do and treated myself to a burger and a whore that night red light district was popping

I found a wallet on the El here a few years ago. Had about $75 and some Amex cards. Dude was a pilot. Or had a pilots license at least. I look him up on Facebook sent a message and he responded confirmed the address to send it and thanked me.

Return it with everything in it. I lost my wallet at the club one time , and someone returned it almost 2 years later with everything in it

So random. Was probably in a lost and found drawer that nobody have a fukk to check except that one day.

chose the first answer my two choices aren't really up there.
my first choice when i was in highschool was keep the money and dispose of the wallet evidence discreetly.
nowadays my answer would be put the wallet and the money back where i found it, continue about my business like i never saw shyt.

dropped my wallet leaving a store and getting into the car a year back, but didn't realize it. my work info was in there and the guy who found it called to say he turned it into the store. frantically checked and yep i didn't have it. put a hold on my cards right away. called the store and they had it. when i got there nothing was missing. didn't even care about the money, just all the other stuff that's a pia to replace. was happy af.

if it were me i'd do the same thing. i know how it feels to be on the other side of lost wallet. might seem cheesy, but i'd feel better helping someone out than taking advantage of their loss.

i once lost a rubber banded wad of cash out of my wallet at a class with like 200+ ppl in it, someone found it and the next class the instructor said that whoever was able to tell him how much money it was and what bills they were would claim it. that was a lot of money to me at the time so ima pay that forward.

Lost my wallet and by the time I realized I lost it they went to Dunkin’ Donuts, Dominos and a beauty supply store. No man is hitting up a beauty supply shop so it had to be some bytch. yup i went solo too i stayed by the van gogh museum I’m not really a smoker but i was blazes the whole time there i just got high and went to museums ...the torture museum high is trippy
