Michael Cammalleri was traded in the middle of a game in 2012 when he was with the Montreal Canadiens, literally. He got off the ice when the trade was official. There was known problems with the player and the team, so the trade wasn't shocking. Getting traded mid-game was strange. I don't think he was upset, since he had a beef with the coach/management.
