This is from April.....4 months AFTER December.......

When to Get the Covid Vaccine After Having Covid – Health Essentials from Cleveland Clinic

.....and shows what YOU said to be false for all previous COVID infections except those who were treated with monoclonal antibodies.
This was updated on JUNE 8th dumb azz
Coronavirus vaccine: Do you need to wait for 3 months after recovery?

And it claims
“People who have had a Covid-19infection must wait for three months before they take a coronavirus vaccine – whether the first or the second dose – the Union health ministry said on May 19, 2021. While doctors have been recommending to follow the necessary protocols, some people are looking to avail of the vaccine before the 3-month period after testing negative in an attempt to speed up the recovery process.”

And is ONLY applicable in India.

Reading is Fundamental.
Where in the article I posted says that ?
I also posted this article by Forbes
How Long After Having Covid-19 Can You Get The Coronavirus Vaccine?
Which states
“Therefore, to be safe, it’s best to wait at least 14 days after you were either diagnosed with Covid-19 or started having Covid-19 symptoms before getting a Covid-19 vaccine. This applies whether you are looking to get your first dose or your second dose of the vaccine. For example, say you’ve already gotten your first dose of either the Pfizer/BioNtech or Moderna Covid-19 vaccine and then develop a Covid-19 coronavirus infection before getting the second dose. Don’t simply get your second dose 21 or 28 days after the first dose as originally scheduled. Instead, put yourself in isolation for at least 10 days and wait until you have fully recovered from the infection before getting the second dose of the vaccine.”
“Wait even longer if you have received monoclonal antibodies or convalescent plasma to treat your Covid-19. The CDC advises, in such situations, to wait at least 90 days before getting a Covid-19 vaccine. That’s because such antibodies may remain in your body for up to three months and bind to the spike protein produced by the vaccine.”

Comprehension is fundamental

Right here....

But Dr Rajeev Boudhankar, CEO-Bhatia Hospital Mumbai said that it depends on the treatment for COVID – 19. “If you are treated with monoclonal antibodies or convalescent plasma, it is best to wait for 90 days before getting vaccinated. This avoids interference of the antibody therapy with vaccine-induced immune response,” he said.

And as far as your second link....

And is ONLY applicable in India and STILL states that the wait is applicable ONLY to people who've been treated with monoclonal antibodies.

Dr Shweta Goswami, senior consultant IVF, Jaypee Hospital and Medical Director, Zeeva Fertility Noida, “Data again is scarce as to how long after the illness should one take the vaccine, but the current government recommendations are to defer till three months as by that time the antibodies and immunity that one has developed may begin to wane”.

I wonder where the hospital and Government this doctor works in is located....

Contact us

Now, what does the Government of the United States say.....
If you were treated for COVID-19 with monoclonal antibodies or convalescent plasma, you should wait 90 days before getting a COVID-19 vaccine. Talk to your doctor if you are unsure what treatments you received or if you have more questions about getting a COVID-19 vaccine.

Evidently, the laws/recommendations in foreign Nations are applicable EVERYWHERE if it doesn't specifically state otherwise.

We should vote for the next President of India
