Start with buying some run down house for like 20k, renovate it, then flip it. I bought a house for 15k but it's going to cost 20k to renovate it but once renovated I can sell it and make 20,000-30,000 profit. Trying to stack enough money to fix it up.

Put a portion of the 100k down for a down payment and get the rest through a loan from the bank. Then rent the property out for an amount that covers the mortgage and plus more for a profit.
