I used to think of this a lot when I was younger and my answer was the ability and access to the power to control all organic and inorganic substances down to smaller than quark or lepton levels forever. this covered me for life on Earth and in the afterlife. But then as I got older I started to consider the ramifications of such power, and what my obligation to my fellow human or Earth would be.

If you had one super ability, what would it be?

Mine would be bilingualism. I would use my extensive knowledge of words to chat up foreign and domestic females with multiple languages at one time

man when I think about some of the things on TV back then...I realize how much society has changed in the last 25+ years.....

There is NO WAY something like handiman could be put on TV today

That stuff is the Amos n Andy of it's time....

But back to your question...for me, I'm a bit self fish, I'd take Wolverine's healing powers....they keep him young, viral, and healthy..he can't get STDs, cancer or really die from old age...

Any control/manipulation power is GOAT...mind control, time manipulation, reality manipulation...

Just for the purposes of this thread tho imma go with a power I've always thought was hella underrated...being able to make multiple copies of myself. Maybe it's my egomaniacal nature......but I feel like I could rule the world unfettered, unopposed, undefeatable.

I'm my own army and I could defeat any government with sheer numbers. They'd have to send some nukes after my black ass and unless they knew where the real me was and could get to me, then the machine just keeps cranking out more me's.
