The Georgia house looks nicer buy I don't know about all that crazy wildlife out there. Ain't tryna mess with no crazy animals. Would be better for the NYC house if it had closer access to the subway but still close enough to NYC. Tho the Georgia one isn't too bad with Atlanta and Nashville not too far away as well as other cities and outdoor activities. Georgia one is decent for nature lovers. If I was a young single guy or have a family with young kids, I would pick nyc, but older or with older kids and retired, would pick GA. Feel like GA would have better activities and I'll appreciate it more. Plus better weather.

GA for me but me and my wife are retiring down there in 2033 give or take so I am biased BUT that NY house is excellent value for the money and will only go UP in value.
