There are "levels" to fake asses (implants vs fat transfers etc). And as someone that's been with a few chicks with fake asses (a couple looked like the chick in the OP), I'll say this: in my experience, the visuals of a fake ass are better than the actual feel. Then again, these Miami doctors are getting next level with their craft so my experience might be "outdated".

To my knowledge, in the US, Fake asses actually started in the Tranny community. Trannies would get but injections to look like real women.
