Biggie did not write that verse. I'm certain he didn't. I would be more inclined to say Missy wrote part of it given she not only helped put the song together, but that whole "wanna bumble with the bee, ha, bzzzzz" is classic Missy Elliott. That said, I don't think she wrote it, but its plausible.
