Might want to investigate the teller as the timing of the transaction makes it sound like an inside job.

If she really didn’t do it, she’s getting her money back. Every transaction has a trail, and they should be able to throughly trace it.
Usually same day transactions can be voided, unless it’s some crypto scam bullshyt.

Transaction is still pending more than likely and hasn't dropped off yet.
