i need at least 9 hours of sleep at night to cope with the amount of physical/mental activity i do during the day at work and at the gym....

I am the type of individual that goes all in in all things that i do....

i guess you '4 hours a night' fukkers must be the same fukkers that flip through their phone text messaging and reading books while bench pressing at the gym, or take coffee and cigarette breaks each 30 minutes at work

Getting less than 7 to 9 hours a night lowers your life expectancy. Your body does most of its "maintenance" while you are asleep. You'll be way more productive off of 7 hours than 5. It's seems insignificant, but it changes your life for the better.

It's possible to induce a deeper REM sleep for 4 hours and get up more refreshed and energized than someone who sleeps 8 hours
