I stay at Aldi's. It's a European company and they have higher food standards. They save money by producing their own food and not branding it for the most part. If you notice it's byob, they don't really restock, just replace boxes. That cuts down on manpower needs, so there are only like 5 people working there running the whole store. There's an armed security guard at the one I go to, he's not counted in the count lol. They have a fairly large amount of organic foods and some German brands, which I can guarantee you are much better than American brands when it comes to chemicals and additives in food. Aldi is loads better than Trader Joe's, but it's just a marketing ploy for the most part (save for their dried mangoes

People are so turned off by aldi simply because it's cheap. They feel like it's defective. It's like the Ross of grocery stores.
