I think what you're referring to is a temporary confidence boost. And yes, women can smell confidence, or lack thereof.
That said, you're more likely to get a confidence boost by working out, or developing a skill etc. than by fukking an escort. Not that I'm against it, but if your dating life isn't where you want it, the only real path out is self improvement.
