I think what you're referring to is a temporary confidence boost. And yes, women can smell confidence, or lack thereof.

That said, you're more likely to get a confidence boost by working out, or developing a skill etc. than by fukking an escort. Not that I'm against it, but if your dating life isn't where you want it, the only real path out is self improvement.

Your 2nd paragraph in theory is good advice especially for long term. But in reality most nikkas are lazy, developing skills take time (and also depends on the skill cause most skills have no relation to dating) and most people who never played sports don't work out properly they would end up more tired and not more confident.
