I hurt my neck so i went to a chiropractor to see if it needed adjustment and overall i saw my whole posture was out of wack

i knew before hand i wasnt "even" and after the test they showed me i realized ive been walking around like a moron all twisted and tight

ive had one adjustment so far and i already feel like a million bucks....im gonna have to go a few more times but after that i will be all set

if you question your overall posture go get it fixed because your body gets used to being all twisted and once it gets relief you feel so much better. i was putting 17 lbs more on my right foot now its down to 11 lbs and soon it will be 0.

:ehh: interesting

i'm a pretty tall dude, and i notice if i'm standing up too long during a day my back starts to hurt. maybe i should look into that.

I think I may need to get checked out. Noe I cant really do strenuous running without my back tightening up and spazzing on me. It used to happen when I wouldnt stretch but now even when I do stretch it starts acting up.

Ive talked to someone about it but they were amateurs and really offer much help.

Do some ab work to strengthen your core and work on your hamstrings. If your lower back is hurting from standing up too long then your core is probably weak, especially if you're overweight.

:ehh: that could probably be it. i wouldn't say im over weight, but i could definitely afford to put some work in overall. i'm getting to that age where good metabolism probably wont cut it.

You can do all sorts of core/back exercises at home, even some shyt while watching TV. And most people don't know it but weak hamstrings can really put a lot of pressure on your back.

Even losing 3-5lbs takes a lot of pressure off your back.

Yes it works. Here is quick test go look at the bottom of your shoes. If one bottom is more worn down than the other your back and hip is misaligned. Mine were noticeably different and after a few adjustments I got some new shoes and they don't wear like that anymore which shows it got fixed.
