Usually at a party you around people you know and are cool with so if you can't let loose there you need to either loosen up or stop going to parties.

Why you staring at the Dance floor tho?

Get up and mingle, talk to some females, get a drink, or something...

I see people like that all the time, looking hella bored and just staring at the dance floor and i'm just like "Where did you think you were going" you can't go to a party and expect other people to entertain you...

yeah it does. if u go to a party or a club and leave bored, you're a boring person. And yeah being boring is bad, bytches dont like boring nikkas. I go to a party I'm either dancing with a bytch, talking to a bytch, socializing with people, getting my drink on, smoke on. Im having a good time. You should try doing the same.
