Which goes back to my whole point that people are lazy. If you KNOW it’s gonna be an issue and you listen to the podcasts then decide that you not gonna do it, you are acting weak.

So an hour on Saturday/ Sunday morning/afternoon when the kids ain’t doing much and two hours at some point in the week while your spouse or family member watches the child isn’t possible???

I used honeybuns but it’s for any high calorie snack. People trying to indulge in snacks without a care in the world for calories in/calories out and end up :flabbynsick: by their own choices


Edit: just realized you can spend EVEN more time with the kids while staying fit by spending two hours at the park every weekend

probably depends on the person.
these days im aiming for like once or twice a month.

I had to dig in deep on this subject because even though I watch what I eat and exercise regularly I noticed something wasnt right with my body.

Long story short I got my blood work done and found out my blood/glucose and a1c were on the very high end of "normal"
My blood pressure was also a little high
(keep in mind im not overweight).

the doctor didnt really say much about it and kind of said its normal for black folks :stopitslime:
and then told me to keep an eye on it.

I wasnt buying it so spent weeks looking this shyt up.

I came to conclusion its the breads and sugars (eating ice cream, cake, pies, etc..) that did me in.

I dropped bread, processed foods, and random desserts.

In less than a week my blood pressure dropped about 10 points.
im already seeing improvements in my circulation and health.

I cant help but think how many people are going through this but think its just apart of getting older.

Its a major issue with black folks and Asians
