If you refuse to exercise, eat like shyt, stay up late on the weekends and get fewer than 10,000 steps...save money for your future healthcare bills.

If you work under 50 hrs a week, there's no reason you shouldn't be exercising at least twice a week. I managed to work out twice a week while working 62 hrs a week for five years

Which goes back to my whole point that people are lazy. If you KNOW it’s gonna be an issue and you listen to the podcasts then decide that you not gonna do it, you are acting weak.

So an hour on Saturday/ Sunday morning/afternoon when the kids ain’t doing much and two hours at some point in the week while your spouse or family member watches the child isn’t possible???

I used honeybuns but it’s for any high calorie snack. People trying to indulge in snacks without a care in the world for calories in/calories out and end up :flabbynsick: by their own choices

Edit: just realized you can spend EVEN more time with the kids while staying fit by spending two hours at the park every weekend
Y'all are trying to apply a bare minimum approach to what's really a lifestyle just to point fingers away from the real issue. There's plenty of men spending 2 hours in the park with their kid on Saturday and they're still 250 and 30% body fat.

Unless you still work 50+ hours while balancing your wife and child with a fit lifestyle there's not much room to talk.

So are you advocating for men to either not have kids or a wife if they have a 50+ work week since they won’t be able to juggle it which puts their life in jeopardy?

I'm personally #GMB so yeah I'd advocate for no (legal) wife, but niqqas are gonna do it. Kids is up to them.

The point is the culture we work in that has many men working 50+ hours to support themselves let alone a family isn't good and it shows. Again cats can't talk about the difference in shape of Europeans or even less developed nations and think it's magic. They do not have the same job-centric lifestyle we have.

The question you asked shouldn't even be a thought for a person who wants those things. But it is. Y'all can keep He-Manning there's no coincidence the most work-oriented nation is the fattest.

People should definitely try to live healthy lifestyles.

But it's arrogant to think that 100% guarantees you won't have issues. Not everybody who has a heart attack or stroke is obese or a smoker.

Crazy how life comes at you. My pops died at 54 and honestly it could've been prevented.

Miss him everyday but the lesson I learned was to take care of yourself early and much more honesty (regarding the doctors).

Within January 2023 alone, a breh would have completed the following exams:
- optometrist
- dentist
- ophthalmologist
- general physician
- endocrinologist

This year, I plan to get:
- coloscopy:dame:
- a few therapy sessions (mental)
- physical therapy

The life of a :flabbynsick:breh.:wow:
Wow. Good for you. Sorry for your loss.

What do you see the Endo for?

If people ate better and got 10,000 steps a day, obesity rates would plummet. And many of the health problems associated with obesity would plummet.
Of course there would still be plenty of healthy people who died unexpectedly from heart attacks and strokes.
