Little things like that will help you get to 10,000 a day, but you still need to go out there and walk for 30-60 minutes a day. Seek out hills when you do it.As someone who walks and bikes most places it is amazing how many adult Americans are not active.

I think the tweet was directed at people who don’t do any of those things. If you are working out and eating healthy you will be fine. Plus you’ll probably stay up late less frequently as you get older.I stay up late on weekends half the time. I work out and eat healthy as possible though.
