I have my moments where I just want to wear all my button ups and polos to the top all cholo'd/rudeboy style with the vans, but I don't think I can pull it off really without it coming off as forced.

Don't you have dreads? I can pull it off but usually I'll wear a t under it and leave it unbuttoned.
