It's amazing how many people are scared. I am part of a union. The dude I clashed with had been going around fukking with brothers. When I raised my case against him they were all talking about we will sign a petition to support you if you get in trouble. I said nah just start reporting these dudes, he already had many unreported incidents . Because of me the Indians are not allowed to speak in another language while we are working together in our organization. They used to be talking about us right in front of us. I'm skilled trade, engineers and management mostly Indian

The day I exposed the supervisor he had excluded me from 2 conversations right in front of me by switching languages. I reported him for that too. When I tell the other brehs to report him they don't. But they want me to fight on their behalf and fall on the sword while they take no risks. NOPE. In the end I just got a promotion. I documented enough to file a case with the government and I told them that.

my local popeyes used to have mostly black people working there. An indian dude bought the location, and ever sense not a single black employee. (this is a black neighborhood btw) only indians work there now.

I understand a family run businesses, but they not all cousins, its clearly hiring discrimination but nobody complains about it.

one of the reasons i stopped going to dunkin donuts near me 10 years ago and more recently subways. i'm not even referring to new spots but places that previously had black, white, hispanic workers and even black co-managers but no more.

I try to avoid any food establishments owned or operated by Indians. They're dirty.

If you work in tech you can't avoid them. I work for a newish software company that's been around like 7 years and they've always prided themselves on not outsourcing to india. Our Engineers were always US based or Ukraine/Poland but we recently got a new CEO and he laid off a bunch of Engineers and plans to start hiring them from India because they're cheap.

Yup. We had Indian supervisors who got sent back to India and I asked HR how they even made it to that position without qualification of a work history here. A lot of these corporations are abusing that system to hire these people for peanuts.

At our last yearly meeting the white people raised the issue of changing work culture and everyone knew exactly what and who it was about. These people and their back home was tryna fukk up the workforce.

It's funny because it's true.

An Indian guy took my bosses to a work tribunal because he said that they didn't hire more Indians. At the time most of my colleagues were black.

He lost of course. But now majority of my colleagues are Indian.

I've interviewed Indian candidates at my job and it's wild how you can immediately tell they look down on you. The Indian women are fine...I haven't had major problems with them. But I've had multiple examples of me interviewing an Indian man and he gets agitated, asks me where I went to school, or tries to insinuate he already knows shyt that he clearly does not know. Needless to say I don't approve hiring them in most cases. Not out of bias...they just suck, man. I know there are dope, smart, social Indian guys. I've met many. We just happen to keep bringing in candidates who are socially retarded, cannot work with women, try to bring that caste shyt into the work place, and CLEARLY despise black people.
