If you sleep with the AC higher than 68 degrees than I assume you’re a psychopath.

74-75 is a perfect,year round degree.

if you’re sweating at that temperature then you probably have diabetes or something and should go get checked out

We got a new AC unit not too long ago and it doesn’t have to go into the 60’s for it to get cold in the house.

Like I’ve said before, a lot of people in these threads need to get their AC units checked because these temperature numbers are insane.
Doesnt need to be in the 60s but 75 isnt "cold" by any stretch. And as I said, maybe they do need their ACs checked but it sure as shyt not because "75 is cold so your AC is needs to be serviced".

My default during the day is 75. Being in the house cold while it’s hot outside is a shytty feeling. I like to not feela thing I ain’t hot or cold. At night I turn it down to 71

And just keeping it real 68 is a renter’s temp. If you own and/or pay utilities ain’t no way you got your shyt at 68 24/7
This is dumb logic considering that the vast majority of renters are responsible for their electric bill, same as home owners. That has absolutely nothing to do with it. :heh:

What I’ve come to realize is that we don’t all have the same quality of ac units. I sleep comfortably with my ac on 74. It’s recommended to keep it at that level or higher to save money on your light bill in Florida.

Now if you have your ac unit in your window, or you live in an older home, you might need to have the ac a little lower so that it can spread throughout the crib better

A single level apt won’t have the same utilities usage/cost as a multilevel townhome or SFH my boy :beli:

A single level apt would have the same usage as a single level home. Most houses are actually single level ranch homes so theyre no different than apts in that regard. You do know people rent homes too? That bears no difference on the utility usage either. There are apts/condos bigger than many homes and vice versa. You made no distinction between dwellings other than being a renter vs being an owner. Dont try and move the goalpost now.
