I try not to kill bugs if I can. Like I’ll let flies and spiders out of the house if possible. They have lives too. Imagine just chilling one day and getting crushed to death by a boot

i would be surprised if you actually kill most of the ants you step on. they are millimeters tall and most people wear soft shoes with grooves and padding. their bodies are freakish and strong and they have adapted to nature in all kinds of ways. the creepiest shyt to me is during floods when you see ant colonies basically holding hands and floating down stream. imagine you already lost your house, youre hanging onto a tree and the waters going by, and you get a face full of fire ants
