again, I give hans chinese as a perfect example, and they make up 1/6 of the planet. they have minor difference for example north chinese tend to be taller. other than that, you'd have to live there to tell the difference, to you, they'd all look chinese....because they are.

Besides that, a basic explanation. The Han Chinese are an ethnic group. The Bantu peoples (plural hint hint) are a meta ethnicity. They are a group of ethnic groups that are only really unified in that they have a common language phylum (Bantu). It would be like saying that Germanic-speaking peoples are similar because they speak a Germanic language.
The Bantu peoples are culturally very different and even genetically different from each other to a certain extent.
