I would say kerry looks more kenyan than lauryn hill but lauryn hill does look kenyan.
The somali and angolan ones are way off.

For somali i would go with

Heck with the beard he could pass for guinea bissau.

cape verde is jim jones

mike tyson looks like a congolese but a congolege aunty.
