Never been to Africa in my life and neither have my parents. When in Vegas one time, the Ethiopian cab driver asked me several times like "Where are you from?" :krs: "Detroit? Oh, but aren't your parents from Africa?" :patrice:

He thought that I was Sudanese or some shyt.

This is a 2nd hand story so idk where she was from exactly, but my mother said an African lady told her she looked "fula".

Im supposed to be telling her what that means but, looking through Google images, I'm not finding any defining characteristics. Tbf tho, a few faces are familiar to me, but i can't say what it is.

this is why Horner culture confuses me, for the longest time I thought only Amharic speakers were consisted habesha then I found out habesha just means Abyssinian people and that everyone is, so whose isn’t considered habesha in Ethiopia and Eritrea?
What country?

the first two posts were absolutely spot on. Got every celebrity right.

I would put Jordan and Chestnut under the Malian category
