I'd be like Jay and Beyonce (or any celebrity from NY who makes it big time), and leave the East Coast for good forever to live in Malibu, Brentwood or Bel Air. You'd never catch me in NY, unless I absolutely had to be there for personal reasons like visiting friends or family.

The walkability of NYC is a plus as well......Ypu probably get more for your money house/apartment wise in LA.

Great food in either city.....plenty women in either....

I think probably every airline in the world has an NYC route
