I never put BIG on some kinda pedestal....I thought he was dope but never considered him the undisputed best out or anything like that when he was alive.

When "LAD" dropped I was pretty indifferent about it....then all the interviews and magazines and rappers started talking about he's the GOAT and it's a GOAT level album....5 mics, etc....I just because I knew what time it was. Nobody was gonna judge it objectively. Which was cool back then but here we are 20+ years later and people still can't admit his death played any part in how people received that album. shyt is crazy to me.
