Ironically, the areas with oil will have the worst heat like Saudi Arabia/Persian Gulf etc.

They have days where the heat index is over 160 degrees :to:...not a dry heat over there.

Imagine having the air temperature of Arizona but.....with higher humidity than Houston, New Orleans or Florida. 115+ temps but 90 degree dewpoint.

I've been in Death Valley when the temperature was around 125. Even with no humidity, that level of heat is some next level shyt. Been in Texas, Louisiana and Florida during peak summer and I've never felt that hot. Can't imagine 165 degree heat index.

Aren't they going to suffer from major flooding and even more powerful snowstorms though?
More than likely but I doubt they'll suffer from the same types of extreme heat that'll become persistent in the south nor have the water issues in the southwest. Plus these regions tend to have better infrastructure. But I could be entirely wrong and they could be totally fukked too. We may to just accept that things will he bad for everyone but at different levels. I much rather deal with the threat of extreme weather than water insecurity or extreme heat/weather combined.
