All you need to win a fight really is a trained jab you can throw from different angles IMODudes don't understand that all you need is some technique and skill and you can cut out a lot unnecessary shyt in a real fight.

How would you throw a lead left hook? Jump in style?
ski is a big dude...i would imagine if he jumps into it and lands it on somebody they're going to sleep lol
Left hook off of the jab
that right hand though
My son has a beautiful straight left but he doesn't like boxing.(USA Wrestling

How do you throw your hook? Thumb up or down? To the body or head more often?without a doubt i would say, the trinidad, straight right, left hook combo. it's funny cause im a natural righty and do everything in the southpaw stance from, bag work, drills and sparring. i feel more comfortable in the southpaw stance but to me i feel much confident in my power especially sitting down on my punches as a righty. i feel like if i ever get into a street fight, just by i'll go orthodox. my right hand is okay, i like my left hook out of all of the punches in my arsenal because of the leverage i get off of it.
Roy Jones and "Pretty Boy" Mayweather are who had me working on that fro years, that and the lead right with a duck after it. Those guys taught me the art of perfecting EFFECTIVE pot shots and single power shots.
except roy didnt use the 1 to set up most of the time...dude would just leap into it most of the time out of nowhere ...short and compact like he did against thomas tate..sent his equilibrium to the bushes ASAP

Yeah it's way out there. Those Jews in East NY was bullshyting them. I know that personally. I think Greg and them is back at starrett city.@HARLEM AL
Zab and his family has a new gym in Canarsie, Brooklyn. They lost the one in East New York. It's called PacPlex, its a huge compplex of different sports, I don't know if the whole building is theirs, but the boxing area is ruled by them. Star City is basura, I sent my homegirl there to train and she Skyped me to show what she learned and I'm disappointed in their trainers breh. It's not the same......at all.
Yeah I didn't spar hard either. The time I did I broke my damn arm against a big ass HW am. nikka keep fukking holding he. I got mad and threw a body punch. Went all the way through without coming back and my shyt snapped. My nikka I threw that shyt hard. I never threw 1 like that sparring.
shyt hurt like hell b. I said from then on I'm not sparring hard no more.
At the 1-3

I throw mine palm up with snap to the bodyi was taught/told long ago to always TURN over your punches including your hooks to maximize your power. so turning your wrist and having thumb down or i would say palm facing the ground. i say i throw mine more to the body rather than head being that i like taking that lil extra dip for leverage.
well you're a righty? i think its mostly because your dominant hand is still strong no matter the stance@patscorpio I notice my lead right hook from the SP stance is particularly menacing. Any idea why that is breh?
