I would double-major with accounting and political science.

Edit: or I would double-major with economics and political science.

knowing how shytty the job market is now?

I got engineering...at least I know i'd have a job right after I graduate
Or maybe, if you could go back in time and major in something else would be better.
I already have two bachelor degrees. I would hate to start college over again after putting in 6 years.

Colleges should seriously reconsider shutting down majors that teach nothing substantial and change them to minors. They are literally wasting people's money. I took some hotel management classes as non-elective upper-level classes for my business major. They were elective classes for hotel management majors though. It's like, how dumb do you have to be to not get an A in those classes. They taught jack squat. Pathetic syllabus. Professor really didn't have to do a lot. He was a cool cat. Way too relaxed. I got an A though.

Finance.

I was in engineering but hated it. I'm not to trying to learn something I hate for a job I'm going to hate.

Plus, that shyt is legitimately hard and if your math skills aren't damn near rock solid you will fail classes early guaranteed. I've seen many a :to: face walk into engineering advisement including my own.

Honestly, English seems like a dope major. Many employers complain about having employees that have terrible reading comprehension and writing skills.

English was my major and I was lucky enough to find a good job right after grad, but most English grads will be hard-pressed to find a job without having to go onto teacher's college or law school. Most of my friends who didn't pursue those paths after are stuck working in retail right now.

The outer limits
What are peoples perception on MBAs these days? Thought crossed my mind not to long ago....but then I quickly came back down to reality. You want me yo pay you 60g's a year to teach me basic math and so I can be associated with a 'network'. I'd rather take my chances on my own.

My MBA buddies do 'appear' to be having fun tho
