aside from the obvious (buying house(s), cars, travel, helping close family, etc), I'd use a big chunk to help wherever I can with improving the cities of New Orleans and Las Vegas. Whether thats funds to help keep open a struggling business thats a longstanding community or cultural staple, putting money into public schools that need it, building/restoring parks, too many things come to mind.
