Story time. We bought our house in 2011. If yall know about the Philly metro area shyt dates back to 1600s in regards to the land etc...

We had 5 spirits in our home when we first moved in with my son and wife.

3 were kids/teenagers
2 were adults and the spirits were all white.

The 3 kids use to bother my youngest son (he was about 4 he has to the gift he see spirits like sixth sense) and he use to ignore the fukk outta them he said. They would come out of the closet at night tell him bad things to do to himself weird cac shyt. I seen the white child once she came to me mediating. White girl about 9 to 12 dressed in 1920s attire. I told my aunt and she made me light white candles around the house... with salt and other shyt in my son rooms and corners of house. I heard that some spirits really do be lost and need help to go to the other side where as evil ones are afraid due to their actions on earth.

That shyt cleared up asap. I was told white candles is comparable to the light when you died. Tell them the year and it's time to go and this is our space yadada.

The two adults is a white women she died in our now furnished basement from a heart attack. We were told this by the neighbors a couple of years after moving in. We all seen her and she is genuine nice energy. She walks around and be watching the house. She is still here but it's cool.

Last spirit was vicious. This cac was a older man you can tell was evil as fukk and racist in the after life. He use to be in our dining room starting around 11PM to the morning.. you felt that energy. I went to my aunt for this one. She said he was an old cac who was mad that a black family lived there and to get rid of him you have to tell him off. I did that and he left.

I got plenty of more that spirit world is serious.

I'm always moving around and living in different countries too so I can only use my "permanent home" in reference to this question. My permanent home is my mother's apartment. With the rent control, the proximity to the subway station, park and to a big city hospital...The spirits and I would just have to get along.

I’ve only had 1 ex die. But if it was him that would be cool too.

My ex girlfriend's daughter's father passed a while back before I started dating her. She even visited his grave on Father's Day. To be a sorta jealous dude sometimes, I still felt sorry for him when she told me this. I remember she told me her daughter came home one night, opened the door, and saw her deceased father standing by the dinning room. Then he disappeared. This spooked me out hearing this, but my ex never seemed spooked out by it. I don't think she would have minded a visit from him either.

I brought this up because I was having some weird things going on in my house off and on when I first move in, and they started back up right around the time I started seeing her. My car engine blew during this time too. I also kept getting text messages from a cousin who was my age, who had passed six months ago...even got one of those messages when I was setting right beside her. A few other crazy things would happen while I was on my way to see her, or while I was with her. She came very close to asking me if it was an ex who was haunting me, but she never asked. I did have this one ex in mind, who was always praying, even though she cursed like a sailor...smh. I was so freaked out, that the next time I came home for vacation in the DMV, I went to this ex's apartment rental office for the first time in six years. I wasn't sure if I went there to see if she was haunting me from the grave, or to asked her to stop the spells. That's how bad it got. But they had no trace of her.

Back to the ATL. Yes, I did think for a moment that this may have been my ex girlfriend's daughter's deceased father. But these weird things had happened on and off a year before I even moved down here, with the first happening right after I stopped see that ex in the DMV, With all said, the last thing you want is an ex haunting you who's still mad at you

Naw that's just what i call it. It's pretty much just having your mind clear enough to hear and feel everything around you and internally. There's way more possible like potential telekinesis, levitation, and regeneration but prolly not for another 1000 years.

The brain has more ability than you'd think, but you have to be in complete constant control. Try doing your daily activities without thinking about them. Sports or activities requiring decent hand eye coordination are the best way to practice for me

Also, patience. I started dabbling in energy work years ago when i thought all my patnas would've thought i was crazy, but i ended up having conversations with most of them on the topic and a few put me on game. Some people i would see as self absorbed or narcissistic, i later realized that they're just confident in their balance of energy

So I have sleep paralysis
Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night completely paralyzed, only thing I can do is move my eyeballs
But the worst part is not the paralysis, it's the not being able to breathe.
So I guess the breathing mechanism(s) in my body or throat is paralyzed too.
I think over the years I got better at fighting it, or i got better at tolerating it. I'm actually not sure, it's possible me fighting and not being as shocked disguises itself as fighting it, but really it's tolerating it.

Many people have describe sleep paralysis as a demon sitting on your chest

Once I woke up paralyzed, and I was sleeping on my stomach head facing left on the pillow
I woke up paralyzed, but I think I woke up by a sound, thumping sounds.

I was in the bedroom alone lying on my bed, and on the floor there was a vaccum cleaner with the cord just hanging around extended on the carpet
I was asleep
Then I woke up paralyzed unable to breathe or move
And I kept hearing thumping and laughing, like hihihihihihi laughing but in a prankster evil way, like rumpelstillskin or something
and on the corner of my eye I saw a gnome like greenish creature running back and forth in my bedroom
the thumping was the creature keep jumping over the vaccum cleaner cord back and forth and laughing
then I got unparalyzed and quickly got up and turned around and the creature was gone
Then I went to the other bedroom where my wife was reading a book
I told her the story and she said yaaa sure
But I asked did you hear thumping sounds, and she said yes I heard thumping sounds but didn't know what it was

I am quite positive that event actually happened
