I talked to AC repair guys. Under 70 is over working your ac

This isn’t true for several reason and most strictly residential AC repair techs are hacks

I've come to the conclusion that most people don't really know how AC works lol, keeping it that low is stupid in most cases where you actually need some AC.

I keep mine on 75 usually, 76 in the summer because it'll be hot enough to keep it running all day trying to keep it any lower than that.

It don't need to be lower than 70 straight up. Honestly don't see the point of even having it on if I'm not there. These days, it's always going to feel cooler when I walk in my house regardless.
