If your main job is fully remote, there's no reason you shouldn't have two jobs...

how do you avoid conflicting schedules with meetings and stuff?

I rarely have that problem because my first job is more flexible with meetings where the second is very rigid because the team is much larger. Since it happens so rarely and meetings are usually scheduled, the moment I notice a collision, I'll ping a manager to say I have a doctors appointment during that time or something and tell them I'll pair with someone else from the team to get caught up on what I missed.

I can't speak much about working two when on of them is wfh but maintaining a 40 hr with another job is extremely difficult. It did 65+ for 5 years in my 20s. I only did it because it was either that or being hungery/homeless ( i kind of was homeless) or sell drugs. I was operating on 4 hrs a sleep a day which lead to memory issues that took years to resolve.

I cut that shyt out once I got a stable full time with decent benefits, and work life balance. 40hr a week and having a life >>>>>>>>

Better thing is to build your skills so you don't have to work 2 jobs. If anything the goal is to make the same money working 35 hours a week or less.
