If we using benefitting white people as a critiera to deny benefits. Are we excluding people who don't bank black or exclusively shop at black businesses?

Those who willingly( because it is a choice) marry whites and have future whites should not be able to take reparations. because they married the oppressors—the very people responsible for this mess in the first place. Whites benefit all the time from society, because of their privilege, just like they benefited from our enslavement and oppression. They should not get anymore benefits or helping hands, from ADOS. I don’t care if they like black dikk or pretend to be woke. Their white privilege always give them an advantage, so for once they should not be able to profit because they married a c00n.
And with the reparations, that money can be poured into black businesses, schools and communities, so I believe naturally, that as we work on funding existing and building more black businesses, in black communities, that yes there should be a requirement for those receiving the reparations to shop and bank black, keeping the money flowing into our community. This is what other groups do to build and keep wealth in their communities. We need to follow suite.
Which again would pose as a disadvantage to pawgers like you. Can you imagine, no longer chasing basic beckies, getting with a bw, producing black children, and investing in your local black community? That’s too much for you right?
That’s why for you and others like you, you would have to really address your self hate, you’d have no choice, unless you wanted to continue living as you do, while the rest of us who love being black, build.

I'm just curious where Afro Latinos fit in with these reparations yall talking about, specifically Puerto Rico since it's technically part of the U.S. And PR already had thousands of African slaves almost a full century before African slaves ever even got to the U.S. mainland. fukk all them white Puerto Ricacs tho, i'm talking strictly black PR's, we gotta eat too.
