Lucky for you, Bluesky has been open to the public for a month now. I don't know too much about Spill, other than it's made by two former Twitter employees that got fired after Elon's takeover.

Spill’s setup was trash. Which was disappointing cause they had like a week where people were excited about it. It only took like a day for me to bush it. Basically like only captioned pictures. Might give Bluesky a try to see what it’s about.

Twitter is Twitter. There's no app on the Internet that has the je ne sai quoi that it has. You get fukkery, news, knowledge, porn, and so much more instantly. Elon just brought 4Klan/Reddit over there, earlier Tumblr went there.
